425 Comparative clinical study of treadmill exercise testing and coronary angiography diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia
ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise testing(TET) in detecting silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).MethodsA total of 200 patients, with no history of angina but  STT changes, were detected by TET and CAG.  The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SMI ,diagnosed by TET,were calculated. Results  SMI identified TET with a sensitivity of 72.1%,specificity of 78.8% and accuracy of 75.5%.ConclusionTET could evaluate the SMI accurately, and  it was one of the ideal means of noninvasive examination.

427 Value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of pediatric arrhythmia and heart rate variability
ObjectiveTo discuss the value of dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) in the diagnosis of pediatric arrhythmia and heart rate variability. Methods A total of 150 cases of children, who had been diagnosed cardiac arrhythmia in  pediatric department our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012,were enrolled in the study. The static electrocardiogram (ECG) and DCG examination were performed on the children successively;and compared the two methods of the detection rate in arrhythmia, the relationship between arrhythmia and heart rate variability. Results The dynamic electrocardiogram were higher than the static electrocardiogram in the detection rate of supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat and intraatrial block, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The ventricular arrhythmia children with heart rate variability compared to the nonventricular arrhythmia children had statistical significance (P<0.05). ConclusionThe DCG in the diagnosis of pediatric arrhythmia has a higher sensitivity and accuracy,if measures the heart rate variability at the same time, the assessing of disease and the estimating of prognosis will have more clinical significance,it is worthy of clinical application.

429 Dynamic electrocardiogram analysis of 48 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
ObjectiveTo study the dynamic electrocardiogram characteristics of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods  Forty and eight cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were enrolled in the study,Calculated the atrial fibrillation total number, total attack time, number of atrial premature beats, inducedatrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase and uninduced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase. Results Forty and eight cases of patients with a total of 367 times of atrial fibrillation, total time 8 847 min, there was 39 cases with atrial premature beats ,average (1.8±1.21) times per minute;short gustiness atrial tachycardia (0.15±0.11) times per minute;induced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase(0.42±0.05)s,uninduced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase (0.50±0.79)s. ConclusionParoxysmal atrial fibrillation was  induced by premature beat, which was  related with premature beat coupling interphase.

431 Explore clinical significance of electrocardiogram with upright in children
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical siginficance of electrocardiogram with  upright from children. Methods Color Doppler ultrsound examination was performed on 90 children, aged 7 days to 6 years old, with  upright in their electrocardiogram. And the examinaton results as well as clinical diagonsis were analysed. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound examination showed there were 34 cases with cardiovascular abnormalities(37.8%), 56 cases normal(62.2%); In cardiovascular normal cases, 84% lung infection. ConclusionLung infection and congenital heart disease might be the major cause of upright in children electrocardiogrm.
