235 Effects of anesthetics and other different kinds of reagents on ECG in mice
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of anesthetics and other different kinds of reagents on ECG in mice .Methods Healthy ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups and respectively received intraperitioneal injection of one of the following anesthetics: pentobarbital sodium solution(PS)of 0.4% or 0.6%,10%ethyl carbamate(EC), 3% chloral hydrate(CH),2.5% tribromoethanol(TBE). Anesthetic effects were observed and compared between groups. Anesthetic inhibition effect on heart rate were compared between groups, or with those before administrating and of simultaneous normal saline(NS) group. Under the situation of CHinduced anesthesia, the effects of three kinds of adrenoreceptor agonists(adrenaline, noradrenaline and isoprenaline) on heart rate were observed and compared with that both of simultaneous NS group and before administrating. The drugs and reagents with the effects of inhibition to cardiomyocytes, including βadrenegic antagonist propranolol, sodium channel blocker lidocaine, lactic acid and potassium chloride were used to test their effects on ECG in mice. Results Three anesthetics of 0.6% PS, 3% CH and 2.5% TBE exhibit their satisfactory anesthetic effect, especially for 3% CH and 2.5% TBE ,which got a further more steady effect. Compared with those before administrating, the three anaesthetics mentioned above could significantly slow the heart rate(P<0.05) . These phenomenon could not be altered even though adrenoreceptor agonists were given intraperitoneously. Besides, it was found that both adrenaline and noradrenaline could significantly suppress heart rate, while resecptively compared with the situation before administrating(P<0.05 or <0.01) . The heart rates after administrating in certain concentration of propranolol, lidocaine, lactic acid and potassium chloride were slower than those before administrating(P<0.05 or <0.01) and, at the same time, the administration could also lead to various kinds of arrhymias. ConclusionAnesthetics could significantly inhibit cardic electrophysiological activity in mice and disturb the pharmacological effects of cardiovascular active medicines. ECG observations on conscious mice were of great importance not only for cardic electrophysiological, pharmacological and toxicological researches but also for preclinical and clinical medicine experimental teaching

242 Relation ship between QTLCinterval and heart risk factors in coronary heart disease patients
ObjectiveTo evaluate the relation ship between value of QTLC interval and  heart risk factors in coronary heart disease patients. Methods The association of QTLC interval and heart risk factors and mortality in 39~75 years coronary heart disease patients  of 300 men and 200 women was evaluated. Results Nomogram corrected QT interval(QTLC)prolongation and shortened was associated with elevated blood pressure and signs of cardiovascular disease with smoking. QTLC 5%~10% prolongation total cardiovascular sudden death mortality for 0.60%, over 10% prolongation of sudden death mortality for 1.00%; QTLC 5%~10% shortened of sudden death for 0.60%, over 10% shortened sudden death 1.40%. 5%~10% shortened QTLCpredicted cardiovascular sudden death in men and women with disease who smoked, mortality for 1.00%, over 10% shortened sudden death mortality for 1.20%; 5%~10% prolongation QTLCsudden death mortality for 0.60%, over 10% sudden death mortality for 1.00%. Implanting cardioverterdefibrillator (ICD) cure three patients prolongation QT interval and three short QT interval in one year during observation without malignant  ventricular  arrhythmia and mortality  happen. Conclusion For coronary heart disease patients, prolonged and shortened QTLC interval predicts heart mortality and signs of cardiovascular disease. Signs of shortened and prolonged QTLC interval predicts death with heart disease who smoke. Implanting cardioverterdefibrillator could effectively decrease the incidence rate and mortality rate of malignant ventricular arrhythmia

246 Clinical electrocardiogram analysis in 388 sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome patients
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between  abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG)and sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome(SAHS)by analyzing the ECG results between SAHS and nonSAHS patients. MethodsAll patients were divided into  two groups: 388 patients with SAHS and 388 patients without SAHS. The ECG changes of two groups patients were compared and analyzed.  Results  There were significant differences in incidence of atrial premature, atrial fibrillation, bundle branch block, atrioventricular block between two groups (P<0.05);There were significant  differences in incidence of ventricular premature,ST-T changes (P<0.01). ConclusionVariety of abnormal ECG changes can be caused by SAHS,mechanisms associated with hypoxemia by apnea.

248 Relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein and stability of coronary artery atheromatous plaque
ObjectiveTo study the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and stability of coronary artery atheromatous plaque. Methods Sixtyseven coronary heart disease patients who were cured between October 2007and January 2008 in our hospital were enrolled. The average age of the patients was (59.48±5.70)years old, among which 43 were males and 24 were  females. There were 23 stable angina pectoris patients, 22 unstable angina pectoris patients and 22 acute myocardial infarction patients among them. Twenty paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients who were cured during the same time in our hospital without structural heart disease(but with good heart function) were enrolled as control group, the average age of the patients  was (44.35±5.41)years old, among which 10 were  males and 10 were  females. To detect the Hs-CRP content, take venous blood in next morning with empty stomach. Results Hs-CRP content of SA, UA and AMI groups patients were more than control group (P<0.01). Hs-CRP content of AMI group significantly increased, which was significantly higher than SA and  UA group. There was no signiicant difference between SA and UA group. Conclusion Hs-CRP has relationship with stability of coronary artery atheromatous plaque. To detect Hs-CRP contents of ACS patients have  clinical significance for evaluation of therapeutic effect and prognosis.

251 Application value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein in cardia failure
ObjectiveTo study the application value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein in cardia failure. Methods Eighty-four  patients with cardia failure (observation group) and 40 health examination persons (control group) were enrolled in this study. Plasma levels of BNP and CRP were detected in 24 h after hospitalization, as well as left ventricular enddiastolic diameter (LVED) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).  Results Plasma levels of BNP,CRP and LVED of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01),and compared to cardiac function grading, it was positive correlation, while LVEF decreased (P<0.01)and it was negative correlation. It showed a significant correlation between BNP and cardiac function grading, LVEF, LVED (P<0.05), whereas CRP related to cardiac function grading only (P<0.05), There was no significant correlation between LVEF and LVED. Conclusion Both BNP and CRP may reflex the condition severity of heart failure. In clinical application, we could use the levels of BNP and CRP as an important supplement to evaluate cardiac function, but as to the specificity, BNP was better than CRP.

297 Teaching experiences in electrocardiogram interpretation for medical intern students
The electrocardiogram (ECG) is a basic and commonly used diagnostic test in modern medicine. Most medical professionals are expected to possess basic ECG interpretation skills. But, clinical practice suggests that most of residents’ and physicians’ ECG interpretation skills are suboptimal. It is necessary to improve interns’ ECG interpretation skills in the clinical practice stage. In this article, we will describe our teaching experiences in ECG interpretation for medical intern students including some new teaching method and the content and skills to stimulate intern’s interest from different levels and directions.
