Abstract:Chinesestyle modernization of teacher education has its own distinctive internal logic, which is embodied in the value of implication enhancing the modern character of teachers as professionals, the theoretical guidance of the Marxist thought on the construction of teachers, and the practical care of the highquality development of teacher education. Chinesestyle modernization of teacher education differs from the western elite style of teacher education modernization in its distinctive features of people′s nature, fairness, integration and openness. To promote the Chinesestyle modernization of teacher education in the new era, it is necessary to adhere to the development ideology of "Partyled teacher education", build the development model of "innovative symbiosis", focus on the development thread of "characteristic construction", and create an open development pattern facing the world.
