185 Influencing factors on further degradation reaction of allicin
Ma Haile, Fang Yuan, Liu Weimin, Wang Zhenbin, Jia Junqiang, Ding Qingzhi
In order to increase the content of allicin extract during extraction and preservation of garlic products, the stability of further degradation reaction for allicin and alliinase was studied. Allicin was the detection index which was determined by using spectrophotometric assay. Allicin was extracted with alcohol in fresh decortication garlic. Effects of temperature, vacuum and natural daylight irradiation to further degradation reaction of allicin were studied. The results showed that the extraction and preservation at conditions of low temperature, certain vacuity and no irradiation of natural daylight were beneficial in de: creasing degradation reaction of allicin. Alliinase could catalyse degradation reaction of allicin. Degradation reaction of allicin was quickened with the increase of alliinase content.

Zhang Xiliang, Sun You, Li Pingping, Zhang Rongbiao, Xu Yunfeng
To meet the requirements of the tremendous transmission and energy-saving for large-scale wireless sensor networks, a novel aggregation algorithm integrated with spatial information event is presented by establishing a q-classification data structure on the platform of LEACH protocol. Distributed query of data including spatial information could be fulfilled with the algorithm. Computation and analysis on amount of data transmission and accuracy are carried out by developed algorithm, and also compared with the results obtained with conventional LIST algorithm. It shows that the q-classification aggregation algorithm integrated with spatial information event has advantages of energy-saving and balancing of network loads, which guarantees the quality of the network data.

194 Seed metering device based on orienting ordered arrangement in embryo and parameter optimization
Yu Yaxin, Zhao Yun, Zhang Bin, Li Ge
Planting requirement of super-rice is 1 - 2 seedlings per hill, so seeding uniformity and orienting ordered arrangement in embryo are required for super-rice transplanting mechanization. When rice glumes with sliding trend in the opposite direction, coefficient of static friction is larger than in the same direction. These friction properties were used as the basis of designing seeding machines by guided plate and achieving rice seeds array in the same direction when seeding. Based on the device, orthogonal method was used to analyze the effect on rice arrangement, and a set of parameters were obtained. When β =35°, α =21°, A =3.5 mm, ε = 10°,f=3.5 Hz, φn =57.1° and φs =52.6°,more than 85% of rice seed were reached seed embryo ordering. The scope of friction moment between rice seed and vibration plate was between 1.89 × 10^-7 N · m and 2.23 × 10^-7 N · m.

202 Real-time control of braking torque of eddy-current retarder
He Ren, Zhao Yingsheng, Wang Yongtao-
Based on the relationship between the braking torque of eddy-current retarder and its excitation current, the PWM technology was applied to realize the stepless modulation of the braking force of eddy-current retarder in order to make a vehicle to run downhill at constant speed. The running conditions of the downhill vehicle were analyzed. With the vehicle speed and inertia force caused by the instantaneous acceleration as the control target of the eddy-current retarder braking torque, the control tactic of the eddy-current retarder braking torque was proposed, and the control process was described. The calculation results of the different original running conditions of an actual vehicle show that the vehicle can run down the slope at the steady targeting speed with the real-time control of braking torque of eddy-current retarder.

206 Finite element analysis for vehicle frame based on GAP elements
Wang Guolin, Zhang Jian, Wang Qitang, Zhu Maotao
Finite element analysis(FEA) was carried out on the frame of a heavy duty truck by using Hyperworks software in conditions of bend. GAP elements were used to simulate the contact between beams, shell elements were used to simulate longitudinal and transverse beams, muhi-point constraint (MPC) elements were used to simulate rivets and bolts, and rod elements and spring elements were used to simulate front and rear suspensions. Three FEA modeling methods, using GAP elements and equivalent brick elements to simulate contact between beams without considering contact effect, were used for stress analysis. Stress measurement experiment in conditions of bend was conducted for proving the validity of the modeling method. The experimental results agree well with the FEM analysis.

210 Prediction method of radiated noise by engine block
Lin Qiong, Hao Zhiyong, Jia Weixin, Liu Hong
The prediction method of sound and vibration of the engine block is described. The integrated method comprises the multi-body dynamic method (MDM), finite element method (FEM) and acoustic simulation method (ASM). By multi-body dynamic method, the loads that the engine block is subjected can be obtained; by FEM the vibration characteristic can be predicted; and by ASM, the radiated noise of the engine block and the pressure at arbitrary point in the medium can be calculated. The comparison of the data from predicted quantity and that from the test proves that this method owns a high precision, and thus can be used to direct the virtual design of low-noise engine block.

214 Mixing effects model on relationship between braking pedal velocity and physiology of drivers
Chen Xuemei, Wei Zhonghua, Gao Li
Eight drivers were selected with ages between 35 and 48. Electrocardiograph, Frecord data collecting system and dynamics GPS were utilized to study the drivers' behavior on braking pedal velocity and physiology in emergency. The mixing effects model between braking pedal velocity and physiology, which is affected by obstacle distance, driving velocity, driving time, and personality, is established to study their relationship. The results indicate that the distance between the vehicle and obstacle has more important influence on the greatest braking pedal velocity than that of driving speed. The study provides a new method for the drivers' behavior analysis under emergency.

218 Analyses on stress distribution of aluminum wheel considering residual stress
Zhao Yutao, Su-Dawei-
The low pressure die casting process of certain type of aluminum alloy wheel is simulated with the software ProCAST, and the residual stress at the nodes is obtained. Data exchange program is compiled. Node, element and six components of the stress tensor at the node files are transmitted into ANSYS software using the interface program. Then the structures of the wheel are analyzed by the structure module of ANSYS. Through this method, the wheel with residual stress can be analyzed when we load other weight on it. The results are more accurate than the one without residual stress.

223 Preparation and properties of epoxy resin/ZrW2O8 packaging materials
Xu Guifang, Cheng Xiaonong, Xu Wei, XuHongxing, Guan Airong
he preparation of epoxy resin packaging materials using different contents of ZrW2O8 powder with negative thermal expansion as fillers is studied. The linear expansion coefficient, glass-transition temperature, tensile strength, moisture absorption rate and anti-corrosion property are measured under different contents of fillers. It shows that the ZrW2O8 powders can be dispersed in the base of epoxy resin after ultrasonic treatment. With the content of ZrW2O8 increased, the linear expansion coefficient is decreased ,but glass-transition temperature, tensile strength and moisture absorption rate are increased. As the quality ratio between ω(E-51 ) and ω (ZrW2O8) reaches 3:2, the acid-resistance property of encapsulating material is the best; but alkali-resistance property is the worst.

227 Restrained frost effect of hydrophilic coating at initial stages of frost formation
Cai Liang, Hou Puxiu, Yang Jian, Zhang Xiaosong
The hydrophilic coating effect on frost growth was studied in searching an effective method to restrain the frost formation. Characteristics of frost formation on hydrophilic surface were studied, the microscopical picture of frost was described, and digital image processing technique was used to analyze the distribution of ice crystal in frost layer. The results indicate that hydrophilic coating restrains frost formation and reduces the frost height and the ice crystal quantity. Furthermore, the structure of ice crystal is changed at initial stages of frost formation, and the ice crystals stand upside down at this period. The analysis on column occupancy rate indicates that the distribution of initial ice crystal occupancy rate on hydrophilic surface is not uniform; such frost even enhances the heat transfer. Finally, by comparing the frost heights on different surfaces it is found that the restrained frost ability of hydrophilic coating decreases with time.

231 Numerical simulation of liquid jet gas pump
Xiang Qingjiang, Yuan Shouqi, He Peijie, Li Tongzhuo
The complicated inner flow state of the liquid jet gas pump is numerically and experimentally studied. To simplify the problem, the computational domain was divided into two blocks: the pump throat and the diffuser. Jet flow in the throat was simulated by parabolic equations with the control volume method, and the equations were solved by tridiagonal matrix algorithm. In the diffuser, where the flow state is bubbly flow, equations were established by the two-fluid model, the discretization Scheme was the hybrid finite analysis method, and the equations were solved by SIMPLE algorithm. The velocity distribution and the position where jet breakup takes place were obtained. The calculated wall pressure distributions were in good agreement with the experimental data, which shows that the simulation results can reflect the external hydraulic characteristics for the liquid jet gas pump.

236 Design of switching power supply with high performance based on active and closed-loop control technique
Cheng Li, Wang Zhenzi, Zhu Jun, Zhu Yiyun, Li Huale-
On the basis of active control technology in non-linear system, a sync rectifier Flyback DC/DC converter was taken as the main circuit. A series of effective measures of dual closed-loop control to reduce the power consumption and restrain the harmonic components were adopted. A kind of APFC switching power supply was designed. Several circuit experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the operation of the designed APFC supply is stable, and its power factor reaches 0. 932 - 0. 999 with the supply working within the normal range, quite close to the unity power factor. Moreover, the efficiency of the whole supply reaches 85.8% - 88.7%, the output-ripple voltage of the supply is about 3 V at high-frequency and about 9.8 V at low-frequency 100 Hz. The total harmonic voltage distortion is below 3. 65%, reaching the level of lower harmonic pollution. With these characteristics, the designed APFC switching power supply is especially suitable for the "green power supply" of the middle and small power installations.

240 Neural network control of two-motor synchronous system
Liu Xingqiao, Chen Chong, Liu Guohai, Lu Xiuyin-
On the basis of model analysis of the two-motor synchronous system, according to the structural characteristic and control request of the system, a new control strategy based on neural networks is presented combined with its nonlinear mapping and adaptive and self-learning capabilities. The neural network controller is composed of adaptive PID controller, which uses the RBF network to modulate and the neuron decoupling compensator. The two adaptive PID controllers are used in the velocity loop and tension loop respectively, which make the system possess stronger adaptive capability and other better performances. The neuron decoupling compensator integrates the coupling effects of the two loops and realizes the decoupling control between velocity and tension by training the weights of networks to compensate the coupling effects. The experimental results show that the two-motor synchronous system is decoupled based on neural network control with better dynamic and static characteristics.

244 Case-based reasoning system serviced for traffic monitoring response
Li Xingyi, Hou Zhongsheng, Zhao Ming
Repeatability and resemblance are characteristics of traffic. Therefore, we can use the resem- blance of traffic cases to find and to solve the traffic abnormality without establishing a precise mathematical model. Based on the above strategy, a case-based reasoning (CBR) system for traffic monitoring and response is proposed. The system frame is built upon the traffic behavior, and some topics, such as traffic behavior description, algorithms of CBR, and etc., are discussed. The approach can resolve the weakness of traditional traffic monitor model, such as the difficulty to set up a precise model and the need for a large number of calculation capacities.

248 Blind watermarking scheme for 3D mesh models based on length of vector
Wang Xinyu, ZhanYongzhao-
To solve the problem that current spatial blind watermarking schemes for 3D mesh models are not robust enough to resist noise attack, a novel spatial blind watermarking scheme based on the length of vector is proposed. The scheme embeds watermark into 3 D model by modifying the distances from vertices to the model center and realizes the blind detection combing with vertex neighborhood. The robustness against noise attack is achieved by distributing a watermark bit over the entire model. Experiments show that this watermarking scheme is simple, rapid, and robust against attacks such as translation, rotation, uniform scaling and addition of noise. The watermarking scheme is suitable for real-time copyright authentication of 3D models.

252 Environmental risk assessment methods for oil retail outlets net
Wang Hua-
In order to assess oil retail outlet net environmental risk, a synthetical method is proposed. In developing this method, the characteristics of the oil retail outlet net environmental risk, which are multisource, multi-path and multi-object are considered. On the basis of fuzzy mathematics, the environmental risk degree and its uncertainty are calculated by the sensitivity and the condition indicators. A partitioned figure of the oil retail outlet net at different environmental risk levels can be obtained. This method was applied to assess an oil retail outlets net consisted of several hundreds gas stations in South Jiangsu. 33 high risk gas stations and their main risk factors were identified and validated by site investigation. The environmental risk assessment results can provide stakeholders with better information for optimizing the oil retail outlets net, establishing risk prevention measures and managing emergencies.

255 Degradation characteristics of phenol-degrading bacteria used for gasification wastewater advanced treatment
Wang Chen, Ma Fang, Shan Dan, Su Jun-Feng, Yang Ji-Xian-
Two phenol-degrading bacteria were isolated from activated sludge in biological treatment system of Harbin Gasification Factory. Physiological and biochemical tests and 16SrDNA sequencing revealed that two bacteria belong to Bacillus and Pseudomonas respectively, Effects of temperature and pH on the phenol degrading capacity of single bacterium and mixed bacteria were studied; zoogloea forming capacity of two kinds of bacteria were investigated. Compared with single bacterium, mixed bacteria have better phenol degrading capacity and zoogloea forming capacity. Mixed bacteria are more suitable for bioaugmentation than single bacterium. IBAC has been developed on the granular activated carbon by immobilization of selected and acclimated species of the mixed bacteria to treat the gasification wastewater. The removal efficiencies of COD and total phenol were over 80% and 70% respectively.

260 Experiment on seismic performance of steel-encased composite beam frame
Shi Qiyin, Gao Yun, Li Ai-Qun, Zhang Xiufeng
To overcome the shortcomings of common composite frame structure, a new type of frame structure system, steel-encased composite beam-steel reinforced concrete column, is presented. In order to investigate the behavior of the system, a 1 bay, 2-stories model of composite frame is designed and manufactured. The composite frame is composed of steel-encased concrete composite beams (SCCB) and steel reinforced concrete columns. The experimental study on seismic behaviors is carried out under vertical stable loads and lateral cyclic loads. The result shows that its deformation capacity, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation meet the requirement for seismic design of ductile frames. SCCB frame may form a beam-hinged collapse mechanism when it is destroyed. Its effective ductility factor reaches 7.5. The seismic performance of the SCCB frames is superior to that of steel frames or reinforced concrete column-steel beam frames, so that the SCCB frames are suitable for applying to the multi-story residential buildings.

264 Dynamic response on roadbed of low embankment under vehicle loadings
Cha Wenhua, Hong Baoning
To analyse the transmission rule of vehicle load in low embankment in view of the engineering characteristics of roadbed soil and coupling kinetics, a coupling mechanic model for dynamic analyses of roadbed is established. The differential equation for coupling motion is derived. Based on the background of Lianyungang-Yancheng Freeway in Jiangsu province, the variation laws of dynamic response of roadbed under different conditions are investigated. The calculational results show that the vehicle's weight, height of embankment, mode of load and stiffness of base layer of pavement have prominent influences on the vibration of roadbed, but not the velocity. Through the comparison between the numerical values and the spot measured values, the reliabilities of constructed coupling dynamic model of roadbed and method of calculation are validated.

269 Global asymptotic stability of a class of third-order nonlinear delay system
Yao Hongxing, Meng Weiye-
By using the method of analogy to construct Lyapunov function, the stability of a class of third-order nonlinear delay system is discussed and some sufficient conditions of global asymptotical stability of its zero solution are obtained. In the proof, the condition that generally required for Lyapunov function to be infinite is removed; only the positive orbit of the system to be bounded is demanded, which is determined by the similar method to construct the outside boundary of Poincare-Bendixson annular region. Finally, some results of the global stability of the nonlinear delay system extended by some universal third-order nonlinear system are presented.

The determining equations for the nonclassical symmetries of the two-dimensional heat equation are studied. A simple partial differential equation is quoted. It is concluded that the nonclassical symmetries of the nonlinear partial differential equations can be derived by using the compatibility between the original equation and the invariant surface condition. Finally, the conclusion is used to discuss the two-dimensional heat equation.
