Design and realization of web-based CAD system in trailer brake

Abstract:By combining the technologies of JSP and Servlet with secondary development of business CAD system, a CAD system in trailer brake based on B/S and C/S hybrid mode has been built. The system has the functions as optimal design of structure parameter, robust design, virtual testing, and virtual assembly in designing the brake. The frame structure and function modules of the system are discussed in detail. The matching technology of trailer train brake system is introduced in the type selection and brake analysis. The flow chart of the vehicle matching module of the system is given. Taking the braking efficiency as optimum goal, the structure parameters for optimization and the mathematic model of the drum brake are obtained. The optimum design plan of unsymmetrical structures is proposed to realize the even wear of the electromagnet surface and to decrease the revolving tendency.
