Abstract:Based on the analysis of heat treatment process and microstructure of austenitic steel 10Cr18Ni9NbCu3BN, the amounts of carbide, nitride and δ phase of high temperature ferrite in steel are calculated and predicted. The analysis results show that the calculated amounts of δ phase and mechanical strength of the austenitie steel have good correspondence with the experimental values. Furthermore, the temperature of solution treatment can drop to 1 100 ℃ and the temperature of softening can drop to 1 150℃. In conclusion, this study provides theoretical foundation for the manufacture and heat treatment of austenitic steel.
