Abstract:Through numerical simulation on the 300QW930-15-55 double-channel sewage pump interior flow field,volume fraction distribution rules for solid-phase were explored by using CFD software Fluent.The results show that solid particles are centralized on the mid-lower part of channel from inlet to outlet of impeller,going along the midline of flow channel;and this phenomenon is more significnt with the increasing of particle volume fraction.With the particle diameter increasing,particle volume fraction is higher and closer.Solid-phase mediums with high volume fraction and large particles are flowing to the outlet from the mid channel of impeller.Furthermore,comparing with the particle volume fractions,the particle diameter has larger influence on volume fraction distribution for solid-phase in the impeller.These discoveries of solid phase movement provide references for designing high efficiency,anti-clogging,enlacing and corrosion resistance sewage pump.
