Abstract:Qualitative discrimination of disease chestnuts was completed by X-ray imaging and image processing.First,noise of chestnuts′ X-ray images was removed with 3×3 gaussian filter.Then chestnuts′ disease regions were segmented with adaptive threshold.At last,through analyzing area of disease regions,a decision threshold was set.With the threshold,qualitative discrimination was completed,and the ratio of error discrimination was 8.2%.It shows that X-ray imaging and image processing can be used to detect chestnuts internal quality.
