Abstract:The bagasse-based woodceramics were prepared with different proportion of the bassage and epoxy resin in vacuum tube at high temperature after hot-pressing.Themogravimetric and diffential scanningcalorimeter analysis(TG-DSC) were applied to reveal the pyrolysis behavior of the bagasse-based woodceramics.Woodceramics were investigated by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of the bagasse amount on the friction properties and the appareant porosity were studied.Experimental results show that the bagasse-based woodceramics have biological tubular porous structure. With the decrease of the bagasse amount, the graphitization degree of woodceramics increases. The appareant porosity of woodceramics becomes smaller with the decrease of the bagasse amount. The friction coefficient of the woodceramics increases with the increase of the rotation speed, but the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the load. When the mass ratio of epoxy resin and bagasseis 1,the apparent porosity of woodceramics is 35.12% and the friction property is the best.
