针对外形尺寸上存在很大差异的功能不同的罐体,增加设计工作量和难度等问题,对CATIA进行深度开发,以专用汽车的罐体为模型实现对特征模型的智能化绘制,结合有限元分析软件将生成的模型进行优化改进,将智能化设计理念运用到系统设计过程中,将开发过程中的知识数据进行整合存储到设计的知识库中,利用现存的各种信息建立数据库,开发出具有良好交互界面的专用汽车罐体智能化设计平台,将专用车罐体的设计进行数据集成.结果表明:对常用的三维建模软件进行深度开发,实现目标模型的智能化绘制,使得设计人员的工作效率得到大大的提高,缩短了产品开发周期.
Abstract
To solve the design workload and difficulty due to the large dimension difference of tanks with different functions, the indepth CATIA development was conducted. The special vehicle tank was used as a model to achieve the intelligent drawing of the feature model. Combined with the finite element analysis software, the generated model was optimized and improved. The intelligent design concept was applied to the process of system design, and the knowledge data in the development process was integrated and stored in the designed knowledge base. The database was established by various existing information, and the intelligent design platform of special automobile tank with good interactive interface was developed to integrate the design of special vehicle tank body into the data. The results show that the indepth development of the commonly used threedimensional modeling software can be conducted to realize the intelligent drawing of the target model, and the work efficiency of designer can be greatly improved with shortened product development cycle.
