Engine control method of double rotor motor power coupling system

Abstract:In order to solve the engine control problem of double rotor motor power coupling system, the work patterns and the switching conditions among work patterns were analyzed based on the structure and working principle. The control method of engine optimal operating point was proposed. According to the high math power data fitting method and the steepest descent algorithm, the optimal operating point of a certain type of engine was determined. Using the fuzzy control method, the simulation model of engine optimal operating point controller was set up for the double rotor motor power coupling system. The simulation results show that the control method of engine optimal operating point can realize the effective adjustment to engine torque and speed and reduce the engine fuel consumption rate to the utmost. In the hybrid driving mode with low speed, the optimization time of control method has obvious influence on the stability of double rotor motor power coupling system.
