Abstract:To solve the edge defect of iron sheet due to instant iron collision during the positioning contact of iron printing machine, the kinematics analysis of front lay was carried out with gauge baffle as follower.The front lay was transformed into hinge four-bar mechanism and CAM-swinging rod mechanism to set up the kinematics equation among components.3D simulation software of solidworks motion was used to analysis the kinematical simulation of front lay location to iron sheet.The motion regularity comparison of 8 front lays and iron sheets was conducted to achieve an optimum kinematical combination of iron sheet and front lay.The simulation results show that the minimum contact force is realized with the most mild striking for the optimum regularity of iron sheet.
