Abstract:The improved program of bonded anchor was investigated, and the static tension test with anchor was conducted. The main steps and programs of the static tension test were introduced. The improved anchors with length of 180 mm could anchor 8 mm CFRP tendon effectively with corresponding ultimate tensile stress of 115 kN. The straight type anchors with length of 280 mm could anchor 8 mm CFRP tendon effectively with corresponding ultimate tensile stress of 119 kN. The static experimental results show that the improved scheme is feasible and effective. The testing and calculation methods of bond stress were introduced. The checking results show that the bond stress distribution curve is consistent with experimental result. Pasting strain gauge on the surface of CFRP tendon directly with suitable distance, the method of analyzing the distribution of bond stress by measuring points strain is feasible to calculate the corresponding experimental data by formula. In the loading process, the error is obvious with the maximum error of 7.20%, while without error under ultimate load.
