Abstract:To solve the problem that existing model representation could not meet the requirements of dealing with model, data and solver in model integration and model reuse for facing new decision problem, a new model integration method was proposed based on universal relation model representation. Based on the limitation analysis of different model representation in model integration, a new model representation definition was provided based on universal relation. In order to realize the consistency between model and user data, the object was taken as data medium between universal relation data model and user data, and the transition algorithm was built. Based on the new universal relation model representation, a series of algorithms of model tree generation algorithm, model tree optimization algorithm and model tree verification algorithm were put forward in model integration to solve new decision problem. The results show that the proposed model integration can meet the independent management requirements of dealing with model, data and solver in model base, and the model optimized integration and the effectiveness verification are achieved at the same time. The quality and automation of model reuse and the flexibility of model integration in decision support system (DSS) are improved for facing new decision problem.
