Abstract: In order to study the influencing rules of the forward speed, knife roll revolving speed and setting angle to the power consumption of 1ZT-210 type rice straw return machine, three factors quadratic orthogonal experiment was carried out. Power data were first collected using remote sensing technology, then the changing curve and regression equation of the influencing single factors and interaction of two factors combination to the power consumption were obtained. When the machine′s forward speed is 1.3 km/h, knife roll speed is 213 r/min, and installation angle is 55°, the minimum power consumption is 1056 kW. Power consumption is reduced through factors combination test, which provides theoretical reference for the whole machine design.
