Abstract:Based on visual microscopic highspeed camera technology, the spreading behavior of charged droplets impacting on porous fabric was investigated. Based on the binding and image processing, the influence law of spreading factor changing with time after droplet impacting on the porous fabric surface was obtained with considering droplet surface tension, charged voltage, initial velocity and other parameters. The results show that the maximum spreading factor and the spreading velocity of droplets are increased with the increasing of droplet initial velocity and surfactant concentration. As the droplet voltage increases, the spreading factor tends to increase. With the increasing of initial velocity, the spreading factor is increased and reaches the maximum value at the charged voltage of 4 kV. The charged droplets are broken when the velocity reaches high value.
