Acquisition of optimal credible rules in ordered interval-valued decision systems

Abstract:An ordered decision system for interval value processing was studied.To solve the problem that the interval value could not be compared directly,a method of grey′s whitening was introduced in ordered interval-valued decision system and a new ordered whitening value decision system was constructed.The credible rules of the increasing and decreasing objects could be obtained by this new decision system.The reductions and relative reductions were deeply investigated in terms of the decision classes of these two objects,and a reduction of credible rule was the conjunctions of the smallest number of property,which preserved the support set of such credible rule.Furthermore,the judgment theorems and discernibility functions with respect to these reductions were obtained,and an illustrative example was discussed.The decision system constructed here provides a new theoretical and practical approach to gene-rate all optimal credible decision rules from the ordered decision system.
