Abstract：The distribution center location holds the very important status in entire physical distribution system. Based on the introduction to the distribution center location the process of logistics distribution centers＇ establishment and its operation are studied. After unified dimensionless treatment on all objectives cost functions, the average subtraction arrangement method is used to establish a mathematical model for the distribution center location. According to the development characteristics of modern logistics and distribution network, the example analysis shows that, this program can effectively solve the distribution center location decision-making problem, while avoiding the subjectivity of the decision-makers.
