Abstract:The main dynamic system and output system were analyzed. The operating model was established. The output pressure and flux were simulated through MATLAB software. The output pressure increases with throttling and keeps constant with rotating speed. Output flux is minimum at 1 400 r/min and is larger at 600 -1 800 r/min, in which volumetric efficiency is high. After that, output flux decreases with the increase of rotating speed and is not influenced by throttling. The output performance of three cylinder internal combustion water pump is contrasted with those of engine driving pump systems. It shows that the output flux is similar and output pressure is increased by 20.67% - 87.67% in full work condition.
