Abstract With more people buying into the idea that entrepreneurial skills can be learned, how to acquire and evaluate such skills becomes the focus. In this study, such characteristic entrepreneurship factors as motivation, quality, selfawareness, values and profound knowledge are advanced as necessary for successful entrepreneurship. The implicit association test (IAT), Mosaic pattern test and Stroop effect test (Stroop) are used to establish a comprehensive evaluation method and design the evaluation program for entrepreneurship simulation. Through the correlation analysis between two groups of subjects, evaluation results showed that IAT test score value of two groups of participants who have different entrepreneurial motivation have significant differences in the confidence interval of 95%; the total test scores of two groups of participants with different entrepreneurial potential are also significantly different.
