| An Analysis of the Legal Nature of Defective Product Recall System |

Abstract The economic relationship regulated by the defective product recall system demonstrates the governmental interference with social economic life.Therefore,such a system is a typical economic legal one.It has not only the characteristics of economic laws that see social responsibility as their essence,which displays the idea of balance and harmony,but also those that fuse private laws with public laws,which reveals the essence of economic laws as systemic,comprehensive regulations.
