Abstract：Political corruptions and how to carry out the construction activities of honest administration are expounded in Marxist anticorruption values, so a grasp of the ideological connotation and time value of these values contributes to strengthening and improving the construction of honest administration, promoting Chinas construction of effective “no corruption” mechanism to the satisfaction of the masses. The “no corruption” system is approached from three aspects: the penalty should be severe enough that no one dares to corrupt; the prevention, stimulation and responsibility mechanism should be sound enough to prevent possible corruption; the establishment of social security system and the education of serving the people should make no one want to corrupt.
