Abstract:Role practice in grassroot work exercises important effect on college students stability of employment and career development, drawing increasing concerns from business circles, scholars and the society. Such role practice refers to the spontaneous or organized behavior and activity of the lowest level in operational or transactional work in schools, enterprises, society or families according to the students understanding of the roles they are to play in grassroot work before they are employed. Its influence factors include both the environmental and individual ones. It can be divided into three stages: role learning/cognition, role practice stage and role construction stage.
