Abstract：The problem of non-performing financial assets is actually one of inappropriate allocation of resources because the value of non-performing financial assets varies with the business cycle.Such measures as reorganization,replacement,merger and capital operation are advanced to enhance the value,broaden the disposal means and increase the recovery of bad assets by drawing lessons from assets management companies＇（AMCs＇） handling of bad assets.
