The Positioning of the Development of China's Urban Logistics Based on the Weighted Clustering Analysis

Abstract:By means of a new urban logistics evaluation index system, the weighted clustering algorithm is used to calculate the logistics of the 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region. These cities were then clustered into three categories: Shanghai alone as a class, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou as another and the rest as the third. Such classification can provide a reference and an important scientific basis for the choice and strategic positioning of the regional logistics centers.
