A Study on the Relationship between the Network Embeddedness and University Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions
─The Mediating of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

Abstract：As the carrier of college students' entrepreneurial activities, embedded network has a great influence on the students' entrepreneurial intentions. After a review of network embeddedness and social cognitive theories, a structural equation model of network embeddedness, university students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intenions is built to calculate the dynamic influence and mediation of network embeddedness on entrepreneurial intenions. In this dynamic relationship, the students get the unique network support through structural and relational embeddedness, which in turn has a significant impact on their entrepreneurial self-efficacy so that the students' entrepreneurial intentions are enhanced. And the entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a full role of mediation when network embeddedness affects entrepreneurial intentions.
