Analysis and diagnosis of pacing electrocardiogram after cardiac resynchronization therapy |
|
|
Abstract Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT) has become type Ⅰ indication of chronic heart failure complicated by ventricular asynchronism, and thus the number of CRT pacing electrocardiograms(ECGs) increases significantly. In the analysis and diagnosis of CRT pacing ECG, it is mandatory to master the following characteristics: (i) ECG features when left and right ventricle is made pacing alone; (ii) ECG features at atrialventricular and ventricular sequential pacing during sinus rhythm; (iii) features of CRT pacing ECG during ectopic rhythm; (iv) special functions of CRT pacemaker.
