Abstract:Acute myocardial infarction refers to severe myocardial ischemia and myocardial necrosis caused by acute coronary artery occlusion. It has important clinical significance of evaluating patient’s condition and prognosis to predict the infarct area of acute myocardial infarction in an early phase. Selvester QRS scoring method and QRS complex terminal part deformation can be acquired by a copy of rountine ECG. The determination of troponin is also simple and easy to carry out. This paper is aimed to discover a simple and effective method of evaluating infarct area by reviewing the latest research progress of the above three methods in assessing the infarct area in acute myocardial infarction patients.
