Abstract：Objective To observe clinical curative effect of amiodarone on treating ventricular arrhythmia and relationship between QT interval. Methods Fifty cases with ventricular arrhythmia were selected. The patients were treated by standard therapy of basic disease and oral amiodarone. The relevant indicators was obversed during the process. Results After the therapy，the QT interval of the patients was obviously extended， ventricular premature contraction and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia were improved while the total effective rate was 96%. Decline of cardiac function，abnormal of liver function and thyroid dysfunction， adverse reaction of skin， nerve， cornea and malignant arrhythmia were not found. Conclusion Curative effectthe on ventricular arrhythmia is positive with less side effect， the QT interval extending rely on the unity. Larger dosage can be considered for those who with no QT interval extending.
