Abstract:In clinical practice recently, the most commonly used heart pacemaker is dual chamber pacemaker in the method of atrioventricular sequential pacing. Atrial pacing becomes an important part of pace-making. All of modern pacemakers have some special functions, including atrial pacing. Dynamic electrocardiogram analysis system should be able to identify P waves in order to assess pacemaker function. This paper demonstrated six cases and showed the value of P-wave-identification in assessing of pacemaker function.
