Abstract：Standardized training for resident physicians is currently a recognized way to cultivate qualified clinical physicians. As an important routine examination in clinical practice, ECG is one of the basic skills that clinical physicians must master, and it is also an important content required to be mastered in standardized training for resident physicians. The Department of Cardiac Function in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University has explored a teaching method more suitable for resident physicians through continuous improvement. By utilizing diverse teaching forms, the Department of Cardiac Function has devoted to enhancing students interest in learning and ensuring learning quality so as to help them to apply the knowledge and techniques learned to clinical practice.
