Abstract：Syncope is a common clinical syndrome with rapid onset and numerous pathogenesis. Among all the types of syncope, patients with cardiovascular disease related syncope have the worst prognosis. Rapid identification, early diagnosis, and accurate evaluation and treatment are vital. This paper briefly reviews the etiology, evalua-tion, diagnosis and treatment of syncope related to cardiovascular diseases from the perspectives of clinical diagnosis and treatment management.
