Abstract:Objective To diagnose acute right ventricular infarction timely through recording electrocardiogram(ECG) and vectorcardiogram(VCG) simultaneously. Methods Typical ECG and VCF data were collected from the patients specifically diagnosed with acute right ventricular infarction and with increased myocardial enzyme spectrum. In the condition of left ventricular inferior wall myocardial infarction, the VCG changes of acute right ventricular infarction were analysed. Results Acute right ventricular infarction in 5 cases was mainly characterized by rightward enlarged ST vectors. Conclusion VCG has a high diagnostic value for acute right ventricular infarction.
