Abstract:Objective To investigate the heart rate variability of patients with early repolarization wave, and to explore its significance. Methods A retrospective analysis and comparison of early repolarization patient information and 85 cases of the control group of 85 cases of heart rate variability analysis, compare their characteristics. Early repolarization component J wave ≥2 mV (A group) and J wave <2 mV (group B) two subgroups according to the degree of ECG J wave elevation, heart rate variability analysis of the characteristics between the two subgroups. Results The results compare heart rate variability in patients with early repolarization wave group and the control group in the time domain index, the index difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Early repolarization group A and group B time domain comparison, SDNN A group, RMSSD, PNN50 with group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Early repolarization group A and group B frequency domain comparison, HF A group, LF / HF compared with group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with early repolarization wave have autonomic regulation imbalances , J wave amplitude of early repolarization patients is concerned with imbalance of the autonomic nervous system function, and mainly as sympathetic keep normal, vagal tone increase and tensile strength is positively correlated with T-wave amplitude.
