Abstract The high-quality development of vocational education is a basic value judgment for the development of vocational education to adapt to the strategic needs of the economy and society in the new era, which is embodied in adhering to the high-quality goal of talent training, optimizing the type orientation of vocational education and implementing multi-subject cooperative education. The orderly state of education, economics and management laws has become the basic standard for evaluating the development of vocational education. The high-quality goal of talent training requires adhering to morality and cultivating craftsmen with feelings, and combining morality and skills as quality standards; optimizing the type orientation of vocational education requires vocational education to strengthen the spiritual inheritance of advocating practice and meet the needs of the market for technical skills, focusing on the construction of a skill-based society; multi-subject cooperation in running school requires the efforts from multiple subjects to operate vocational education to achieve multi-subject collaborative work and development on the basis of win-win cooperation through the deep integration of industry and university.
