Construction of interdisciplinary management system in Chinese universities: generative logic, functional definition and dimensional design |

Abstract The high-quality development of cross-discipline depends on the construction of a scientific and reasonable management system. The system of cross-disciplinary management in China′s universities is based on the laws of discipline development and the evolution of knowledge ecology knowledge logic, social economic development and problem solving demand logic, and the appropriate logic of university function performance and value play, and the core connotation and fundamental goal of the system is to build the institutional culture of disciplines, clarify the demand for discipline construction and rationalize the relationship of governance subjects. Based on the logic of cross-disciplinary management system, this study attempts to set up three basic content dimensions and twelve core institutional components of the system through theoretical deduction, and puts forward practical requirements from three aspects of discipline culture, discipline construction and discipline structure, in order to better promote the rapid development of cross-disciplines in Chinese universities to provide certain theoretical support.
