Abstract The traditional single-discipline business talent training model is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the digital intelligence era. Interdisciplinary business talents are the key force to respond to complex environmental changes, promote transformation and upgrading, and promote sustainable development. Interdisciplinary business talent training is an educational practice that is based on the existing single business discipline and crossintegrates the theories, knowledge and tools of other disciplines to cultivate compound innovative talents with comprehensive literacy, interdisciplinary thinking and practical ability. Its essential requirements are the integration of Chinese stance and international vision, the integration of solid background and crossprofessionalism, the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality, and the integration of historical inheritance and cultural innovation. This study conforms to the development characteristics of the digital intelligence era and based on the connotation requirements of interdisciplinary business talent training, proposes an implementation path for interdisciplinary business talent training that includes optimizing cultivation objectives, improving the cultivation process, and improving the support system, with a view to improving the quality of interdisciplinary business talent training.
