Abstract:For university student entrepreneurs, "failure experience" is a kind of valuable learning resources, and it can not only provide them with the opportunity to study deeply and help them with reflection and comprehension, but also make it possible for entrepreneurs to accumulate entrepreneurial experience and to create possibilities for accelerating the development of entrepreneurial core competencies. On the basis of exploring the theory of entrepreneurial failure, this paper describes the dialectical relations between failure study and the improvement of university students′ entrepreneurial competence and expounds the connotation of the university students′ entrepreneurial failure. On the basis of the perspectives of process evolution and critical behavior, this paper clarifies the intermediate mechanism of failure study which can improve university students′ entrepreneurial core competencies, and tries to construct the multidimensional environment which is beneficial for developing the highquality failure study, so as to develop university students′ entrepreneurial metacognitive competence, practical competence and selfrecovery competence.
