Abstract:The survey finds that the quality of pedagogy academic postgraduates is uneven. The students′ cognition of curriculum development, training process and training mode is lower than that of teachers. In terms of the overall cultivating satisfaction and teaching quality evaluation, there are differences between teachers and students and among universities. The teachers have confused recognition of the way to enroll new students and the design for the training plan. The students reflect generally the low frequency of academic lectures, the lack of educational practice and require individual guidance to learn. In addition, publishing papers and extracurricular reading are the largest pressure to students. Repositioning the academic nature of pedagogy postgraduates, optimizing the students′ enrollment, increasing the academic activities and educational practice and reforming the training mode as well as teaching methods are fundamental to improving the quality of the education in this discipline.
