Abstract:Leaders scientific planning alone is not enough for sustainable development of a university, and the key lies in the implementation of the decisionmaking efforts to achieve the goal. Actually, the middlelevel cadres execution is closely related to the achievement of the goal. Execution of middlelevel cadres is composed of a variety of capacities related to planning, organization, communication, teaching and innovation. University middlelevel cadres should strengthen selfeducation through continuous learning, enhance quality, strengthen unity, cultivate austerity, do pragmatic work, and strive to improve their charisma and execution, so as to make contributions to the development of the school.
