Abstract:In view of the different understanding of the academic circle about the professional nature of university management and management personnels dual responsibility, the present article, by making a critical review of and reflections on the challenges against the appraisal of the professional titles of educational administrators in Chinas colleges and universities, tries to demonstrate that the position of educational management research is to arouse their inner driving force for professional development and points out that the appraisal of professional titles and the employment of the educational administrators should be combined to promote the professional development of the university management team.
