Abstract： Compared with other colleges and universities, independent colleges have their unique problems in teacher management, which are rooted in the parasitism of their teacher management institution. In the period of transformation, the teacher management institution of independent colleges is faced with several challenges, which will make the fundamental institutional transformation necessary and lead the parasitic institution to real independence. However, the institutional reconstruction should start from an educational standpoint and be explored in terms of the reform of the internal and external factors of the institution after realizing the environmental change caused by the transformation.
