497 Optimal design for energy control system of HEV basedon switched system
HU Chunhua, HE Ren, LI Nan
To solve the problem that continuous variable dynamic system and discrete event dynamic system for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) can not be fully described by energy control system during modeling, a new mathematic model was developed based on switched system theory. According to various operating modes, six modes were proposed, and an eighttuple representation was presented to define energy control system. Switching rules, jumping conditions and mapping sets of switching among all operating modes were established by logical judgement. Compared simulation results with ADVISOR default values from basic control strategy method, it is found that SOC value is always at optimal range of 65%-75%,and the emissions of HC,CO, NOx and PM were reduced by 17.1%,21.5%,7.3% and 2.7%, respectively. Simulation results show that switched system can be effectively applied to energy control system of HEV.

LU Pingping, PANG Shuyi, QI Haizheng, GUAN Xin, ZHAN Jun, ZHANG Shaolong
Simulation accuracy of nonlinear load characteristics was affected by two types of  variance of unloading curve and transition curve in conventional suspension nonlinear model of load characteristics. To solve the problem, considering the reversal point of deflection, new algorithms for unloading curve and transition curve were proposed based on Fancher model. According to the algorithm of unloading curve, the unloading curve variance of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was described well, and the transition curve variance of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was also described by algorithm of transition curve. A new model of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was established to simulate vehicle quality dynamics. Comparison with the results of parallel wheel travel of suspension K&C test indicates that the proposed model can simulate the unloading and transition curves, and the accuracy of suspension nonlinear model of load characteristics can be improved.

506 Influence of post-injection strategy on combustion process and emissioncharacters at low load working condition in lightduty diesel engine
YIN Bifeng, HE Jianguang, XU Yi, JIA Hekun, LIU Shengji
Taken a lightduty diesel engine as prototype, the influences of postinjection on NOx and soot emission characters, combustion process and fuel consumption were discussed at the operating conditions of low load rate with common speed of 1 600 r·min-1. The results show that internal cylinder temperature rises again in the later of main combustion process due to postinjection. With the increasing of the postinjection fuel quantity, the main combustion section cylinder pressure, the maximum combustion temperature, the average combustion temperature and the peak value of the main combustion heat release rate are all gradually decreased. The main combustion section cylinder pressure and the peak combustion heat release rate increase slightly with the increasing of the postinjection interval angle, while the average combustion temperature decreases. At the condition of low load rate, NOx and soot emissions can be efficiently reduced by postinjection and gradually decreased by the increase of postinjection fuel quantity. With the increasing of postinjection interval angle, the NOx emission gradually decreases and the soot emission shows an upward trend after the initial decrease. The fuel consumption is increased by postinjection and the increasing of postinjection fuel quantity and postinjection interval angle.

511 Relationship between driver safety cognition and vehicle speed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
ZHANG Hui, YAN Xinping, GAO Yan, WU Chaozhong, LI Pingfan
To evaluate the effect of driver subjective cognition of highway safety level on vehicle speed, the real vehicle experiment was designed. Fifty drivers were invited to determine the weight of the highway parameters which is related to driving safety. Based on the subjective evaluation of 719 drivers on highway safety level of horizontal, vertical alignments and sight distance, the fuzzy comprehensive model of safety level was established, and the driving speeds at different section of evaluated highway were collected. The results show that the vehicle speed on each road section is closely related with the subjective cognition of road safety level which is based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Considering the insecurity of next approach road section, the driver will decrease the speed to ensure safety. The evaluation model is effective for simulating the process that driver chooses safe speed based on safety degree of highway.

516 Rotor dynamic analysis of multistage pump based on numerical simulation of flow field
KONG Fanyu, WANG Ting, ZHANG Hongli
According to 2-D map of multistage pump, the main parts of rotor system were modeled by Pro/E software. The fluid field of multistage pump was numerical simulated by FLUENT program to analysis  the changes of axial force and radial force at different work conditions. With the static loading on rotor system, statics, harmonic response and transient dynamics were analyzed by ANSYS program. The results show that it is nonlinear relationship between the amplitude and speed of rotor system when the rotor system is operated in safe zone under  the first critical speed.  Applied exciting force, each node at beginning stage shows large amplitude, and the amplitude decreases gradually to a stable value. The vibration amplitude of left bearing nodes is an order larger than that of right. The vibration amplitude of first grade impeller is slightly larger than that of secondary impeller. There is obvious beat vibration in displacement vibration cures. The stability of system is good with small amplitude when the node vibration tends to be constant.

522 Coherent structure on boundary layer wall induced by local micro vibration under adverse pressure gradient
CAO Weidong, ZHANG Xiaodi, GAO Yi
Taken the FalknerSkan solutions of boundary layer flow as basic flow, the coherent structure, which was induced by local micro vibration on boundary layer wall was investigated by direction numerical simulation to solve incompressible NavierStokes equation. The results show that the initial distribution area and amplitude of disturbance velocity for coherent structure are similar in boundary layer under zero or negative pressure gradients. Howerer, with the evolvement of coherent structures, amplitude of disturbance velocity, high and low speed streaks, shear stress at wall surface, streamwise vortices and Reynolds stress distribution show obvious difference  under different adverse pressure gradients. The disturbance induced by local micro vibration on the wall represents the form of coherent structures in boundary layer, and the strength and area of coherent structures increase with the increasing of adverse pressure gradient. The mean velocity profile becomes plumper near the wall with strong streamwise vortices to result drastic exchange of monentums and kinetic energy between inner and outer flow layers. Some dynamics characters of coherent structures display a certain extent consistency between turbulent and lamina flow.

528 Distribution feature experiment of salt-out crystal particles in a centrifugal pump impeller
YANG Minguan, WU Chengfu, GAO Bo, KANG Can, FENG Lang
Particle image velocimetry was adopted to measure and analyze the saltout crystal particle size distribution in a centrifugal pump impeller at different operating conditions. Experimental results show that almost all  particles at the inlet are small and distributed evenly at  intermediate axial crosssection of impeller. The particle number density is different at different  axial direction with the characteristics of small density at axial crosssection near front cover and large density near rear cover. There are some large crystal particles along radial direction, which are mainly located near the pressure side with even distribution at  the outlet. When the experiment flow rate is increased from 0-8Q to 1-2Q, the aggregation tendency of large particles to the pressure side becomes obvious with larger average particle size gradient. The particle number density becomes larger and number of largesize particles is increased significantly with the raise of solid volume fraction from 0-75C to 1-25C. When solution temperature grows from 35 ℃ to 39 ℃, both the particle size and number density decrease obviously due to solubility increasing at high temperature.

533 Single droplet impacting onto different size  non-heated surface
LIU Hong, JIE Maozhao, JIA Ming, LIU Hongsheng, WANG Shuchun
Based on the finite volume solution of Navier-Stokes equations coupled with volume of fluid method (VOF), the impingement process of a droplet impacting normally onto a non-heated surface was numerically simulated. The model was validated by comparison with available experimental data for the temporal development of the spreading diameter for the impinging droplet. The effects of We, Re, L and the ratio of surface size to initial droplet diameter on the droplet deformation, the film formation and break up behavior were investigated. Calculated results show that with small wall size and large initial droplet kinetic energy, the liquid film spreads and splashes over the wall edge to form a number of secondary droplets. With the increasing of initial droplet impact energy, the splashing trend becomes violent with smaller size of secondary droplets, while secondary droplets number becomes larger with more extensive spacial distribution.

WANG Lihong, GAO Zhenjiang, XIAO Hongwei, LIN Hai, YAO Xuedong
To improve the quality of dried cherry tomato and to shorten  drying time, air impingement drying technology was used to dry cherry tomato. The drying rate, the moisture effective diffusivity and the activation energy of cherry tomato drying were investigated under different drying temperatures of 50, 60, 70 and 80 ℃, and different air velocities of 10, 12, 14 and 16 m·s-1. The results show that the drying time can be shortened by increasing drying temperature and air velocity, and the effect of drying temperature is more effective than that of air velocity. The moisture effective diffusivity ranges from 0549×10-9 to 2754×10-9 m2·s-1 with activation energy of 5109 kJ·mol-1. The optimal drying conditions of cherry tomato are at air temperature of 70 ℃ with air velocity at jet nozzle of 14 m·s-1.

The results show that the relative intensity of characteristic peaks which is defined as the peak height ratio to the reference peak of 761.76 cm-1 is decreased with the retrogradation increase. These characteristic peaks include O—H stretching at 3 415 cm-1, C—H stretching at 2 927.46 cm-1, C—O and C—C stretching at 1 155.17 cm-1, C—O—H bending at 1 081.89 cm-1, undetermined modes at 1 043.32, 1 020.18 and 99896 cm-1, skeletal modes of pyranose ring at 609.41 and 578.55 cm-1. According to the correlation analysis between retrogradation enthalpy of DSC and relative intensity reciprocal of above vibration modes, the FTIR peaks at 1 081.89, 1 043.32, 1 020.18, 609.41 and 578.55 cm-1 have correlation coefficients all above 0.9. The relative intensity change of the five vibration modes listed above can be used as multi-index to quantify the retrogradation degree.

FENG Xing, ZOU Jie, CHEN Mou, YIN Weiping
To solve the difficult control of longitudinal motion with disturbance for unmanned airship, a robust constrained flight control strategy based on adaptive Backstepping method was proposed. The parameter adaptation technology was adopted to effectively tackle the external timevarying disturbance of the airship. When the flight control was designed, the effect of the dissymmetrical saturation input constraints was considered. An auxiliary analysis system was introduced to analyze the constraint effect. Combined the auxiliary analysis system with Backstepping method, an adaptive constraint flight control strategy was designed. The results show that the improved constrained flight control can effectively tackle the external timevarying disturbance and the saturation input constraint of unmanned airship. The desired height can be quickly obtained to track the reference signal of the pitching angle. The proposed constrained flight control is an effective control scheme for unmanned airship.

557 Page scheduling algorithm based on periodic access and latency cost
HOU Fang, ZHAO Yuelong, WANG Yu
Due to the difficulty for existing page scheduling algorithm to further improve system performance by increasing hit rate, a new algorithm was proposed. The information of page access time, location and counts was statistically collected to analyze the time scope of reading latency, and a cache buffer management data structure with a cost bit was designed. Based on periodic access pattern and latency cost, a cache buffer replacement algorithm was proposed with scheduling simulation and practical implementation. The results show that the page access pattern shows periodicity for expanding observing time scale with crossinstruction cycle. By swapping out the pages with high latency cost as later as possible to avoid cost cyclic access, the periodicity plays an important role in page scheduling for shortening the average queue length and waiting time of storage system. The system performance can be improved by the proposed page scheduling algorithm.

562 A paraconsistent meta-model of requirements for software evolution
XIE Zhongwen, LI Tong, DAI Fei, QIN Jianglong, YU Yong
In order to meet the modeling requirements for software evolution which included inconsistent information, a paraconsistent meta-model of requirements for software evolution (RSEMM) was proposed. The model was made up of features, evolution requirements and evolution intentions. Five important properties of requirements for software evolution were discussed. Based on the formal definition of features, three important relations of consistent, gradation and overlap among features were investigated. According to the analysis of dependent and mutually exclusive relations among feature properties, requirements for software evolution and intentions for software evolution were formally defined. Requirements for software evolution were normalized as from first evolution requirements normal form (1ERNF) to 4ERNF. The normalization process provides a method to transform requirements for software evolution to intentions for software evolution. The results show that the five important properties of requirements for software evolution are embodied in RSEMM. The proposed metamedel can improve the quality and efficiency of software evolution.

In order to solve the application unsecure problems for provable secure encryption scheme of random oracles model, an identitybased multireceiver signcryption scheme (IBRSC) under standard model was proposed. In the IBRSC, identitybased encryption algorithm and multireceiver signature algorithm were combined with bilinear pairing on elliptic curves to form the ID-based signcryption scheme for multiple receivers scheme and security concept. A new secure, efficient identitybased multireceiver signcryption scheme was proposed. The signcryption scheme was proved to be secure against adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks and adaptive chosen message attacks based on decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman assumption and computational Diffie-Hellman assumption, respectively. The results show that the proposed scheme is fully secure without random oracles, and can efficiently improve the security of multireceiver network and reduce computing consumption of bilinear pairing.

HE Shiquan, LIU Fei, FAN Ding, XU Dehuai, TIAN He
Welding temperature is the key factor for the quality of straight-line welded seam of high-requency electric resistance welded pipe.To improve weld quality of highfrequency electric resistance weld (HFW) pipe, the effects of the main control parameters of welding speed, welding current and pipe thickness on weld quality were discussed for the high-frequency induction heating process. According to the heat equation of high-frequency induction heating process, the proper model of line heat source was established to obtain APDL program based on the thermal analysis module of ANSYS finite element. By adjusting three main control parameters, the welding temperature contour plot was achieved for various parameters. The temperature at welded seam is decreased uniformly at HFW motion direction. With a set of parameters for Ф219 mm high-frequency welding machine of Jinzhou Company, the temperature of temperature field on welding seam was mearured. The results show that the simulation temperature field is consistent with actual temperature field .

587 Enrichment of AnAOB and nitrogen removal performance under oxygen-limited condition
吕Yong-Tao , WANG Lei, WANG Xudong, JIANG Yi, WANG Zhiying
Inoculated with conventional activated sludge, the enrichment of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB) and nitrogen removal performance were investigated in continuous aeration SBR mode to treat ammonium rich influent. For the DO concentration of 0.8 to 1.0 mg·L-1, 9% of nitrogen compound was removed after the treatment for one year at the temperature of 30 to 31 ℃. For decreased  DO concentration of 0.3 to 0.5 mg·L-1,when aeration time was prolonged from 330 to 450 min per cycle, autotrophic nitrogen removal was achieved. The maximum TN removal efficiency and removal rate were 79.8% and 0.15 kg·kg-1·d-1, respectively. The sludge structure was changed from floc to granules. By microscope detection and FISH analysis, it was found that something like ball was distributed in floc and AnAOB was enriched in sludge. The results show that the enrichment of AnAOB and single autotrophic nitrogen removal can be achieved in suspended system by continuous aeration mode.

591 Influence of geometric characteristic on ultimate bearing capacity of circular tubular joints
YANG Weiguo, WANG Yaofeng, DUAN Youheng, ZOU Qing
Several groups of XKK joints with different geometric characteristics were analyzed. The influence of geometric parameters on the ultimate strength was investigated and explained graphically. The elastoplastic finite element analysis (FEA) was performed for the circular tubular XKK-Joints to demonstrate the strength capacity, plastic development zone, destruction forms, and stressstrain distribution status of the connections. The results indicate that the bearing capacity of XKK joints can be improved by the increasing of the diameter ratio of branch to chord or the diameter ratio of another branch to chord. The angles of branch-chord and branch-branch have slight influence on bearing capacity. The ratio of diameter to thickness should be controlled within 15 to 20 with the axial compressive force coefficient of chordtube less than 0.6. The destruction forms of spatial penetrated joints are closely related to the geometric characteristics with good plastic deformation capacity.

597 Stress-strain curves of high-performance recycled concrete under conventional triaxial compression
YANG Haifeng, MENG Shaoping, DENG Zhiheng
In order to investigate the stress-strain curves of high performance recycled concrete under uniaxial and conventional triaxial compression, the experiments of 43 cylinder with Φ50 mm×100 mm were conducted according to RMT201.The effects of lateral pressure and recycled aggregate replacement ratio strength, strain peak and stress-strain curve were discussed to establish the constitutive equations. Test results show that the failure mode of high performance recycled concrete are similar to that of ordinary concrete, while the final failure mode of recycled aggregate is quite different with that of natural aggregate. As the lateral pressure increases, the peak stress and peak strain increase linearly. The shape of high performance compressive stressstain curves under uniaxial and conventional triaxial compression is similar to that of ordinary concrete with great increase of peak strain. With the increase of lateral pressure, the ascending stage becomes more steep with more gentle decline of descending stage.

602 Shearing capacity of fiber reinforced joints with special-shaped columns
WANG Tiecheng, ZHAO Hailong
According to the pseudo-static test of 52 joints with special-shaped columns, the shearing capacity formula which was from the actual Technical Specification for Concrete Structures with Special-shaped Columns was analyzed. The analysis results show that the formula in Specification is safe for the joints design of special-shaped column with high safety coefficient, but with low shear compression ratio. According to the test of 12 joints specimens with special-shaped columns with fiber reinforcement in core area, the shearing capacity formula was proposed. The formula is in simple form and is consistent with the formula in actual Specification. Calculation results indicate that the ratios of experimental value to calculated value are all higher than 1, which illuminates that the formula is safe for the design of joints with specialshaped column with slight high reliability. With fiber reinforcement, the shearing capacity of joints can be increased, and the quantity of stirrups can be decreased without the problems of steel bars congestion and joints weakness.

607 Application of oncogene using distance and Y-inner product between codons
ZHU Ping, Yan-Yanyan, Kong-Juanjuan
In order to study the relationship between the second-position base and hydrophobicity when the normal genes become oncogenes, the distance and Y-inner product between codons of oncogene were defined according to the algebraic structure. On GF(7),36 primitive polynomials and their roots were calculated to represent the corresponding biological significance. Based on above definitions, the hydrophobicity change of amino acids for several types of cancers relating to p53 gene were discussed. The results show that  the distance between two codons is not smaller than 1when normal genes become oncogenes and the second-positions of codons mutates. When the second-position base of  A mutates to G or C, the Y-inner product is negative, while the Y-inner product is larger than 4 when T mutates to G,C or A.

ZHU Yijuan, LING Tingting
Customer arrival is Poisson process with c waiter A and d waiter B, and d is not less than 1, but less than c. When waiter A work, waiter B are spare. If waiter A are on vacation for some reasons, the spare waiter B should replace immediately. Waiter B have no vacation. The service time of waiter A and B show negative exponential distribution. Based on quasi birth and death (QBD) process and matrix geometric solution method, the steady state distribution for queue length was obtained. The conditional stochastic decomposition structures for queue length and waiting time were proved when all the servers are busy. The parent function of additional captain and Laplace transform of additional delay were obtained. The effects of the parameters on the average additional captain and the average additional delay were analyzed by numerical examples.
