Abstract:Acquisition and processing of fluorescent microscopic images for SBS (styrenebutadienestyrene block copolymer) modified asphalt were investigated. The effects on microscopic image acquisition process, the primary means and notes of the microscopic image processing were discussed. The optimal magnification, the method for determining exposure time and the evaluation method of gray histogram were proposed by concrete examples. The standard procedures of expansion depth of field, image enhancement, object segmentation and object separation processing before the quantified characterization were determined, and the principle of modified particles selection in target separation was also proposed.
