Abstract:Based on the test results of tunable damper, the nonlinear relation was fitted between the damping factor and the angle of the stepping motor. According to the fuzzy dynamic theory, the fuzzy dynamic model of semi-active suspension was built and its fuzzy neural network control strategy was designed. The fuzzy neural network controller of semi-active suspension was developed. The actual road test was done. The experimental results show that the fuzzy neural network of fuzzy dynamic semi-active suspension can reduce the body vertical vibration, improve the vehicle's attitude, comfort and security, and coordinates the vehicle performance.
