1 Optimum control strategy of drive torque for pure electric vehicles during acceleration
SONG Qiang, WAN Hai-Tong, MI Yu-Xuan, YE Shan-Ding
The drive torque of pure electric vehicle during acceleration was investigated. According to the different demands of speed acceleration for pure electric vehicles, a method was proposed to determine the reference torque based on accelerator pedal openness and motor speed. A fuzzy controller was established by the fuzzy algorithm. The openness and openness change rate of accelerator pedal and the vehicle speed were considered as input variables, and the increment of compensation torque was considered as output variable. For different drive torque control strategies under the same actions of pedal, the comparison test of acceleration was designed. The results show that the torque control strategy with consideration of speed can improve the acceleration performance at medium and low speeds, and the operation stability can also be improved at high speed.

WU He-Quan, MAO Hong-Feng
In order to improve the safety in frontal collision for the domestic fully integral bus, according to the material property requirements, the frontal impact finite element simulation model was established by the finite element method. The octagonal energyabsorbing structure was installed in the front of bus body, and finite element method, experiment design, response surface method, reliability theory and optimization algorithm were combined to design the reliability optimization of octagonal energyabsorbing structure. The designed results were compared with those from deterministic optimization. The results show that the installing of octagonal energyabsorbing structure in the front of bus body can significantly improve the security in frontal collision. The two kinds of optimization methods can further improve the safety performance. Compared with deterministic optimization method, the energy absorption is decreased by 4.3% by the reliability optimization with acceleration decreased by 16.05% and reliability increased by 19.33%. The reliability optimization design of octagonal energyabsorbing structure can better meet the security requirement in frontal collision.

CHEN Zheng, LI Qing-Qing, XU Guang-Hui, HAO Yong-Gang, LIU Chang-Zhen
Due to the important effects of fuel injection, atomization, evaporation and mixing process with air on combustion and emission characteristics of engine, the main feature size of penetration length of diesel spray was taken as research object. The effects of injection pulse width, injection pressure and back pressure in constant volume bomb on diesel spray were experimentally investigated by schlieren imaging technology. The impact of three factors on spray penetration length was also analyzed by gray relation theory. The results show that the spray penetration length is decreased with the increasing of back pressure under the same injection pressure and pulse width, while it is increased with the increasing of injection pressure under the same back pressure and injection pulse width. The injection pressure has the greatest impact on spray penetration length with less effects of back pressure and injection pulse width.

ZHOU Qing-Qing, XUE Xin-Yu, YANG Feng-Bo, QIN Wei-Cai
Droplet trajectory of rotary disk centrifugal atomization nozzle is difficult to be solved by analytical method and traced by test means. The droplet movement physical equations were obtained by force analysis and solved by standard fourth order RungeKutta algorithm based on Matlab platform. The horizontal and vertical velocity curves and the droplet trajectories were also obtained. A centrifugal atomization test equipment was established to test the droplet deposition distribution characteristics. The results show that under the atomization conditions with speed of 6 000 r·min-1 and flow rate of 700 mL ·min-1, the droplet horizontal speed rapidly decreases from 15.71 m·s-1 to 0. The droplet vertical velocity rapidly increases from 0 to a certain speed, and the droplet landing velocity and the horizontal displacement are increased with the increasing of droplet size. Compared the theoretical values of horizontal displacement of different diameter droplets with the experimental values, the relative errors are less than 5.31%, which indicates that motion model is derived and solved correctly.

24 Experiment of pressure wave and flame acceleration process in square detonation tube
ZHANG Peng-Gang, PAN Zhen-Hua, ZHU Yue-Jin, WANG Qian
A series of singleshot detonation experiments of C2H2/air mixtures were performed to investigate the wave and flame acceleration mechanism of DDT in smooth and obstructed square tube with 60 mm×60 mm×2 000 mm. The ionprobes and the pressure transducers were respectively utilized to get the flame and wave signals. The acceleration mechanism was analyzed according to the position and velocity characteristics of wave and flame in different time along the tube. The results indicate that the flame acceleration plays dominant role in smooth and obstructed tube. The speed of peak value wave is bigger than that of initialized wave and flame. In obstructed tube, the initialized peak value wave and flame simultaneously develop before overdriven detonation. After overdriven detonation, the speed of initialized wave is temporarily promoted, and the three parts ultimately couple into stable detonation wave.

30 Numerical simulation and optimization of ejection performance for gasliquid ejector
ZHENG Ping, QIN Jing-Xuan, CHEN Xu
According to the shortages of both traditional twodimensional design and singlefactor analysis based on experiments or CFD software, the flow field of gasliquid ejector influenced by multiple factors was simulated by CFD software under four kinds of conditions. The effects of gasliquid flow rate, length to diameter ratio of mixture pipe and outlet diameter of diffusion chamber on the ejection performance of gasliquid ejector were compared and analyzed. The optimization was obtained to enhance the ejection performance of gasliquid ejector. The results show that for the specific ejector, when gas liquid flow rate and outlet diameter of diffusion chamber are increased, pressure drop and wall flow effect are increased with decreased work efficiency. The suitable gasliquid flow rate is from 0.018 to 0.035, and the suitable outlet diameter of diffusion chamber is from 25 mm to 30 mm. When length to diameter ratio of mixture pipe is from 1.00 to 1.17, the wall flow effect is little, and the effects of deceleration supercharging and mixed heating are good. The results show that the appropriate parameters can better meet the requirements of operating characteristics.

CHEN Shu-Ren, XIAO Jun, LIU Chao
Based on the complexity of friction behavior during straw compressing, the friction characteristics between 45# steel and rice straw briquettes of 9JYK2000A straw briquetting machine were investigated. The orthogonal experiment was designed with briquettes density, water content, pressure and friction velocity as influence factors, and the friction coefficient between straw briquettes and 45# steel was used as test index. The test results were analyzed by extreme difference analysis and variance analysis. According to the experimental results, the wear depth for different friction coefficients was simulated, and the predictive model of sliding friction was derived. The results show that the decreasing influence sequence of forming factors on friction coefficient between straw briquettes and 45# steel is followed by briquettes density, water content, friction velocity and pressure. Briquettes density, water content and friction velocity have marked effect on friction coefficient markedly, while pressure affects indistinctively. The optimal indicators for wear depth are obtained with briquettes density of 1.5 g·cm-3, water content of 28%, pressure of 20 N and friction velocity of 5 mm·s-1.There is an optimum fractal dimension of friction surface to result in the minimum sliding friction.

62 Analysis of bursting behavior for coupled BVP circuit with two external excitations
ZHANG Xiao-Fang, WU Lei
To explore the bursting behaviors of dynamical system with multiple external excitations, a fifthorder generalized BVP coupling circuit model was established with two external excitations by introducing two periodically changed current sources. By employing a slow variable, the two external exciting terms were expressed in slow variables, and the original system was converted into a generalized autonomous system of which the stability and bifurcations of equilibrium points were analyzed. Based on the slowfast analysis method and the transformed phase portraits, different types of bursting behaviors and mechanism were discussed with three groups of parameter values. The results show that for the coexistence of multiple equilibrium states, the direction of trajectory is determined by the attracting basins of attractors.

To solve the shortcomings of waterboiling method for evaluating the adhesion between SBS modified asphalt and aggregated rock, the adhesion evaluation method between asphalt and aggregated rock was designed based on shear test and adhesion mechanism analysis of asphalt and aggregated rock. The quantitative index was proposed to evaluate the adhesionshear strength, and the feasibility of shear strength index was verified by shear test. The effects of SBS modifier type and dosage and test temperature on the adhesive effect of SBS modified asphalt and aggregated rock were analyzed. The results show that the adhesive effect of asphalt and aggregate is improved by SBS, and the asphalt and stone adhesion is obviously increased with the increasing of SBS dosage. Compared with matrix asphalt, the shear strength of SBS modified asphalt and stone is increased by 100% when SBS content is 4%. The shear strength index can be used to evaluate the adhesion of asphalt and stone quantitatively, which provides reference for performance assessment of modified asphalt and quality control.

CAO Qing-Qing, HUANG Xiao-Ming, LIU Xiu-Yu, LIU Wan-Chen
In order to get the development of reflective cracking in different structures of asphalt mixture, the extended finite element was used to realize numerical simulation of three typical structures of suspensiondense, frameworkdense and voidskeleton. The bottomup process of cracking in asphalt mixture was obtained, while the antireflective properties of four typical crack asphalt materials of AC, ATB, SMA and LSPM were analyzed. The propagation paths of crack and the mechanical responses at different crack extension stages in three structures were compared. The results show that the more obvious the skeleton structure of asphalt mixture is, the shorter the crack mouth opening displacement and the crack length are, and the lower the maximum principle of the last period is. The skeleton structure can effectively reduce the reflective cracking and hinder crack development.

109 Effect of flavonoids on Cd absorption in cation channels of Avicennia marina root
LI Jian, YAN Zhong-Ling, DU Dao-Lin, DAI Zhi-Cong, QI Shan-Shan
The pioneer specie of Avicennia marina was investigated. The cation channel inhibitor (LaCl3) and the root exudate flavonoids were used to treat plants by Cd. The effect of flavonoids on Cd absorption by cation channels and the bioaccumulation of Cd were detected in Avicennia marina root. The results show that the contribution of cation channels to Cd absorption is decreased with the increasing of Cd content. The absorption of Cd by cation channels with expending energy is the main way in the early stage for Avicennia marina root, and the maximum contribution rate was 78.7%. As the carrier of Cd, flavonoids with chelation/complexation can impede the contribution of cation channels to Cd absorption, which benefites the absorption of essential elements for plant growth in roots and alleviates the phytotoxicity of heavy metals. Flavonoids from root exudate can enhance the heavy metals tolerance of plant and protect plants.

Purification performance  of thin layer cover of TiO2 modified asphalt
WU Ping, Wang-Xuan-Cang
Based on the catalyzed decomposition ability of nanoTiO2, the thin layer cover of nanoTiO2 modified asphalt was put forward, and the index system of cumulative decomposition and catalytic performance was defined. A test instrument was developed, and the effects of TiO2 powder size, TiO2 content, layer thickness, temperature and irradiance on indicator changing trends and influencing degrees were analyzed to determine, the optimal scheme of thickness and content. The results show that when the TiO2 size is 25 nm with TiO2 content of 10%, the cumulative rate of decomposition and the catalytic efficiency index reach the maximum values. With the increasing of temperature and irradiance intensity, the performance of decomposition is improved markedly. When the spray volume is increased, the total gas decomposition is increased with latter stable, while the efficiency is decreased. To obtain good durability performance, the scheme of material parameters is recommended with TiO2 dosage of 8.5% and thickness of 15.0 mm.

119 Influence of recycled fine aggregate on mechanical properties and freezethaw resistance of concrete
ZHANG Qiu-Mei, XIE Yong-Li, LIU Bao-Jian, TANG Jin-Tao
The normal and the airentrained concretes with different watercementmass ratio were designed to investigate the influence of recycled fine aggregate on mechanical properties and freezethaw resistance of concrete with different strength grade through varying the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate. The results show that the compressive strength and the flexural strength of normal concrete markedly decrease with the increasing of replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate. The compressive strength of airentrained concrete is obviously decreased with the increasing of replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate, while the flexural strength is less affected. The resistance to freezing and thawing of concrete with high watercement ratio (m(water) ∶m(cement)=0.52) is poor with or without recycled fine aggregate. The resistance to freezing and thawing of concrete can be improved with limited extent through adding airentraining agents. The antifrost performance of concrete with low watercement ratio (m(water) ∶m(cement) =0.35) is naturally endowed and is not degraded noticeably by adding recycled fine aggregate. Adding airentraining agents has little effect for improving the resistance to freezing and thawing. Compared with adding airentraining agents, the performance of freezethaw resistance of recycled fine aggregate concrete can be improved noticeably by decreasing watercement ratio.
