373 Potential study and sensitivity analysis of energyregenerative suspension
Combined with the suspension motion transfer equation, the energydissipative power was derived based on road roughness statistical characteristics. A linear relationship of road level, vehicle speed and energydissipative power of suspension was obtained. According to the numerical analysis, the numerical relationship between energydissipative power and road level was achieved under certain conditions. An energydissipative factor was put forward based on the suspension parameters. Within the selected range of suspension parameters, a linear relationship between wheel stiffness and energydissipative factor was obtained through the sensitivity analysis of the energydissipative factor. The unsprung mass has negligible impact on the energydissipative factor, while the sprung mass, damping and suspension stiffness have no impact on the energydissipative factor. The theoretical model of energydissipative power was concluded.

378 Multifactor analysis of neutral gear rattle in automobile manual transmission
The interior sound quality of automobiles is greatly affected by gear rattle noise. To investigate the neutral gear rattle problem of automotive transmission, a lumped parameter model with four degrees of freedom was established with two nonlinear factors of the clutch torsional stiffness and the elastic compression force between conjugate gear pair. Based on the model of gear rattle problem, the dynamic equations were established to determine the rattle criterion. The influences of clutch parameters and  nonclutch parameters were analyzed in detail through simulation. The clutch parameters include stiffness, hysteresis, viscous damping coefficient and stiffness transition, while the nonclutch parameters include damping coefficient and inertia of input gear and output gear, engine speed and amplitude of excitation torque. The results show that for the clutch parameters, low stiffness and hysteresis of first stage are required to obtain low rattle level.Because the rattle level reduces firstly and then increases with the increase of viscous damping coefficient, there is an optimal value of viscous damping coefficient to realize low rattle level. For the nonclutch parameters, the decreased damping coefficient of input gear and inertia of output gear, the increased damping coefficient of output gear and inertia of input gear, the enhanced engine speed and the low amplitude of excitation torque are preferable to reduce the gear rattle.

384 Numerical simulation of lowNOx combustion in  marine diesel engine
To investigate the spray and combustion processes of the L23/30H diesel with shallowpit combustion chamber, the computational model was established based on AVLFIRE and validated by the online bench experiment. The inner cylinder pressure, temperature and emissions under the condition of hightemperature fuel injection were numerically simulated. The results show that hightemperature fuel injection can markedly reduce the NOx  emission under the substantially unchanged circumstance of the output power. The NOx  emission can meet the supplementary provisions VI amendment of MARPOL 73/78 when the fuel injection temperature is heated more than 413 K. The NOx  emission shows the tiny variation with the increased fuel injection temperature, while the Soot emission increases with the reduced reoxidation in the diffusion combustion.

390 Experiment on impingement spray characteristics of multihole injector in  gasoline direct injection engine
To investigate the impingement spray characteristics of multihole injector in gasoline direct injection engine, the capacity impingement spray experiment device was established. The impingement spray was carried out under the conditions of different ambient pressure and injection pressure. The in fluences of wall inclination and wall distance from injector orifice were considered. The results show that the spray height and the spray radius are increased by the increase of injection pressure. The increasing rate  of spray height is decreased with the increase of injection pressure. With the increasing of ambient pressure, the spray height and the spray radius are decreased. However, if ambient pressure rises further, the spray height increases too. The larger the distance from wall to injector orifice and wall inclination is, the greater the spray height and the spray radius will be obtained. The wall inlcination is further increased, the total momentum of impingement droplets is decreased with decreased spray radius due to the spray resistance of outgoing droplet edges.

395 Inner flow characteristics at impeller of submersible  mixer with two blades
To investigate the performance of submersible mixer, according to k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm, the fluid in the cesspools with submersible mixer was simulated by Fluent 6.3 MRF technology. Inner velocity flow, pressure and circulation of high speed submersible mixer were analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the gradient of velocity and pressure is significant from blade working face to back in impeller. The fluid velocity near blade working face is low with high pressure. There are high velocity and negative pressure zones near suction side. The axial velocity shows a parabolic distribution at impeller inlet and outlet with gentle change of  velocity circulation. The axial velocity is approximately uniform at blade outlet with linear distribution of velocity circulation at blade inlet and outlet. The inner flow in impeller is stable to ensure decreased inverse flow with high operating efficiency of impeller.

399 Method of isoflavones quick detecting in pueraria root based on chromatography
The optimization chromatography analyses of puerarin and daidzin content were investigated under various conditions of the selections for TLC solvent and coloration, HPLC chromatographic separation conditions and detection characteristics, and MEKC chromatographic separation conditions and detection characteristics. The results show that the correctness and precision of MEKC are slightly lower than those of HPLC with lower sensitivity of daidzin, while it is worth further studying due to the low organic solvent consumption, quick peak flowing out and environmental friendly characteristics. Isoflavones of puerarin and daidzin can be rapidly identified by TLC with better separation efficiency than that in developing solvent of pharmacopoeia method. Compared with previously report, HPLC has lower detection limit and wider detection range, and at least 5 alcohol extractive components can be separated well from impurities with quantitative analyses of puerarin and daidzin. The rapidly and accurately qualitative and quantitative detecting of puerarin and daidzin in radix pueraria can be realized by TLCHPLC under the optimal conditions.

410  Multiple classifiers based on evolvable hardware for cancer classification with microarray data
In order to solve the problems of low recognition rate and poor stability in a single classifier, a selective multiple classifiers ensemblebased evolvable hardware was proposed for the classification of microarray data. The proposed original training set was randomly divided into a training set and a validation set. The base evolvable hardware classifiers was trained by the partitioned training sets, and the performance of the trained base classifiers were evaluated by the validation set. The better partial base classifiers were selected to build a final ensembled classifier, and the performance of the ensembled classifier was tested with an independent test set. The experimental results show that the recognition rate of the proposed evolvable hardware for the classification of acute leukemia and colon cancer are 95.42% and 88.33%, respectively, which are higher than those of other pattern recognition methods. Compared with traditional multiple classifiers ensemblebased evolvable hardware, the proposed scheme has similar recognition rate, much lower hardware cost.

416 Security enhancement of 80211i by wireless physical layer key
To solve IEEE 802.11i security threats of DoS attacks, no user identity protection and loss of MSK resulting in information leakage because of no provision of security protection for management frames and control frames, a physical layer security solution of iJam was introduced. The physical layer key of Ki between STA and AP before 802.11i authentication was generated to prevent management frames and control frames from DoS attack, and to protect user identity and enhance the PTK security. The scheme of WLAN security enhancement was proposed to analyze the 802.11i security, the increased delay and energy and the compatibility after iJam introduction. The results show that the security threats of 802.11i are overcome with enhanced security by the proposed scheme proposal, while the introduced delay and energy consumption is very limited. The introduction of iJam has little effect on the framework of 802.11i.

422 Resource allocation in HDEHR system based on bilevel  multiswarm PSO
To solve the bottleneck problem of centralized EHR integration model in regional health information integration, a hierarchical distributed EHR integration model (HDEHR) was proposed. The architecture of HDEHR was introduced to illuminate the resource allocation problem. The problem formulation was built and a reconcile model of minimum average waiting time and maximum network and node resource utilization was proposed as optimization objective function. According to the hierarchical characteristic of HDEHR model, the bilevel multiswarm PSO algorithm (BLMSPSO) was designed to solve the optimization problem of resource allocation. Based on HDEHRSim platform, the simulation experiments were carried out to compare the performance of centralized EHR and HDEHR model. The results show that HDEHR has linear response capability, and can solve the bottleneck problem in centralized EHR model.

428 A novel multiclass QoS routing for satellite constellation networks
To solve the different QoS requirements of multimedia traffic, a novel multiclass QoS routing algorithm(MQoSR) for LEO satellite networks was proposed. The ultimate goal of MQoSR was to maximize network resource efficiency by ensuring performance of highpriority traffic classes and to improve the excution of lowpriority classes. The classification link cost was presented based on multiple QoS requirments and dynamic link status. The  concept of critical link was introduced to reduce the influence between traffic classes and allocate network resources efficiently, and the incremental cost of critical link was defined by link utilization, residual bandwidth and load expectation. Simulation environment of satellite network and global traffic was built up by VC and Matlab. MQoSR and three other routings were simulated. The experimental results show that the MQoSR not only guarantees average path delay, blocking probability and throughput of high priority class traffic, but also greatly improves these performance of low priority class traffic. The load balance and the network resource utilization are enhanced effectively.

435 Inverse model identification for twomotor variable frequency  speedregulating system based on modified RLS algorithm
To solve the defects of conventional inverse model identification methods for twomotor variable frequency speedregulating system, a multimodel least squares support vector machines (LSSVM) modeling method was proposed. Based on multimodel, the LSSVM was used to fit the nonlinear mapping of local inverse models. The estimation of every LSSVM local model was fused by computing the weighted sum of local models to build the initial offline inverse model of the system. According to system deviation, the modified recursive leastsquares (RLS) algorithm was adopted to adjust the weights adaptively. The initial inverse model was corrected online to improve identification accuracy and convergence rate. The twomotor variable frequency speedregulating system and the corresponding invertibility were analyzed, and the improved RLS algorithm and LSSVM algorithm were described. The steps of realizing multiplemodel LSSVM identification scheme was provided to achieve the simulation of identification effect. The simulation results show that the proposed method is suitable for the inverse model identification of twomotor variable frequency speedregulating system.

440 Establishment and application of grain size model of  dual phase steel laser tailor welded blanks in warm tensile test
The tensile properties and microstructures of dual phase steel laser TWBs were investigated at temperatures range from 550 to 700 ℃ and strain rate range from 0.000 1 to 0.100 0 s-1. The correlation of deformation conditions and grain size were discussed. Based on Z parameter, the grain size models of base metal and heataffected zone of dual phase steel laser TWBs were established to investigate the variations of grain size. The results show that as strain rate decreases or temperature increases, the dynamic recrystallization becomes stronger, and the grain size of base metal and heataffected zone of dual phase steel laser TWBs grows bigger. The models were introduced into the software of ABAQUS to verify the accuracy of the grain size models by comparing the simulated and measured values. The variation of grain size of base metal and heataffected zone of dual phase steel TWBs can be predicted by the proposed models under different deformation conditions.

444 Influence of shot peening and electropolishing on bending fatigue strength of gear
To improve the bending fatigue strength of  involute gear, the influences of shot peening intensity, coverage and electropolishing on surface integrity and bending fatigue limit were investigated. Based on  meshing theory and ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL), the parametric finite element model of gear was established. The bending fatigue strength of gear teeth was calculated and analyzed by  ANSYS/FE-SAFE software. The results show that carburizing gear bending fatigue limit from software simulation is larger than test result. There are  optimum technic parameters for shot peening, and  high intensity and coverage may be prejudicial to bending fatigue limit. Electropolishing after shot peening can further improve surface integrity to increase the bending fatigue strength of  involute gear, but the strengthening effect is determined by the initial shot peening parameter.

To investigate the influence of laser surface texturing on the tribological properties of ductile cast iron under line contact conditions, the Q switched lightpumped Nd:YAG laser was used with laser processing technology of single pulse at a time and repeating at intervals to treat the ductile cast iron specimen end face. The regular network of microdimples with four different depth and four different area density were fabricated. A series of contrast experiments on the ductile cast iron specimen were performed by the line contact conditions on cylindrical pinondisc friction and wear tester  to realize slideroll combination movement. The experimental results show that compared with the smooth surface under the same test condition, microdimples surface has better friction reducing effect.  The effects of microdimple depth and area density on the tribological properties were also investigated. There are optimum design parameters of microdimples to achieve the best effect of friction reduction and enhanced  antiscuffing performance.

466 Failure mechanism of  closure segment bottom slab cracks of longspan P.C. box girders during construction
The failure mechanism and prevention countermeasures of the closure segment bottom slab cracks of longspan P.C. box girders during symmetric cantilever construction were investigated. The destruction styles of the closure segment bottom slab were classified as local bursting, global tearing and global bursting. Based on three classic destruction examples, a whole structural construction simulation analysis with spatial solid elements was conducted. The analysis results show that local bursting belongs to shear destruction, and global tearing belongs to tension destruction with global bursting caused by creep compression. Two countermeasures of reducing action effects and improving structural capacity were proposed. As a constitution solution, transverse stirrup for bottom slab was suggested to enhance the carrying capacity under threedimensional stress.

471 Shear tests of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under thermal aging condition
The thermal aging process was simulated by the high temperature chamber. The plain chloroprene rubber bearings were processed by thermal aging treatment for 20,40,60 or 80 days, and then the shear tests were conducted. Compared with the standard piece, the impacts of thermal aging treatment on shear carrying capacity, ultimate shear strength, horizontal equivalent stiffness and shear elastic modulus were investigated. The test results show that the plain chloroprene rubber bearings are more prone to brittle failure under thermal aging treatment than the standard piece, and the shear failure of plate exposure, lamellar damage and cracks are more serious. The shear carrying capacity, ultimate shear strength, horizontal equivalent stiffness and shear elastic modulus of plain chloroprene rubber bearings are decreased with the increase of thermal aging degree. The shear strength and compressive elastic modulus for 50 years were investigated by the least squares method. According to the decay curve and the attenuation function, the trend is consistent with the law of exponential function.

476 Effect of chloride cation type on chloride threshold value for steel corrosion in concrete
Four kinds of chloride deicing salt, KCl, NaCl, CaCl2and MgCl2, were chosen to study the corrosion of steel reinforcement. The halfcell potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electrochemical titration and Xray diffraction methods were used to investigate the effect of cation type on the corrosion behavior of steel reinforcement in concrete. Combined the opencircuit potential with corrosion current, the onset of pitting corrosion was detected by electrochemical impedance spectra. The results indicate that the cation type has a marked effect on the chloride threshold value(CTV), and the CTV is varied with its representation. When the CTV is expressed as the mass fraction of free chloride content, the sequence is wf (MgCl2)<wf (CaCl2)<wf (NaCl)<wf(KCl). When the form of c(Cl-)/c(OH-) is close, the relationship is cKCl(Cl-)/cKCl(OH-)≈cNaCl(Cl-)/cNaCl(OH-)<cCaCl2(Cl-)/cCaCl2(OH-)<cMgCl2(Cl-)/cMgCl2(OH-). When the mass fraction of total chloride is used, the sequence is wt (KCl)≈wt (NaCl)<wt (MgCl2)<wt (CaCl2).

The dispersion managed method for the basic soliton solution was also discussed. The results show that many index of the optical signal can be controlled by the coefficient of second order dispersion term. The envelope soliton solutions of optical fiber system with periodic gain or loss were discussed with many meaningful results.

492 Global exponential stability of commodity price system with supply and demand
According to the theory of dynamic system stability, the commodity price system with supply and demand was established. The  asymptotic stability condition of zero solution with impulsive delay was proposed to analyze the relative relationship among system parameters, pulse and delay interval. Under the condition of a certain price adjustment mechanism, the stability of market price can be realized. However, the price of the regulation mechanism has an effective range, and the commodity price is unstable beyond the range. The numerical simulations show that time lag and impulses can control the stability of system effectively with reasonable economics explanation.
