Abstract To analyze the complex bonding condition between concrete leveling course and asphalt layer on cement concrete bridge deck, a dual rear wheel tire model was established by ANSYS software. Taking the common hollow plate girder bridge in China as research object, the mechanics response of structure layers was analyzed under various contact conditions of binding,fullrough,complete bonding and friction. The results show that the vehicle load is not uniform load,and the peak pressure changes with tire pressure and axle load. The stress of structure layers is significantly affected by the bonding condition between concrete leveling course and asphalt layer. For four kinds of contact state, the stress of structure layers is optimal under complete bonding state,and the contact state between structure layers is more closer to hypothetical “binding”state when the interlayer bonding is insufficient.
