Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the cockpit altitude of domestic high ceiling fighter exceeds the threshold altitude of decompression sickness, which could not satisfy basic requirements of cockpit environment, the strategy of cockpit pressure regulation was proposed. Based on the current cockpit pressure situation of typical model fighters, the basic requirements of cockpit environment were satisfied by increasing current pressure difference of 29.4 kPa to 34.4 kPa. To adapt the strategy and tactics change from ″get-me-down″ to ″keep-me-up″, and ensure high-altitude flight capability for fighters after cockpit decompression and the air superiority in the war, the cockpit pressure environment should fulfill more demanding requirements. Based on decompression sickness assessment index and rapid decompression assessment index, the cockpit pressure regulation scheme with pressure difference of 44.4 kPa was proposed. According to flight profile, the dynamic simulation of the cockpit pressure regulating system was completed to compare the effects of different excess pressure values on cockpit pressure environment in the flight process. The results show that the cockpit pressure regulation scheme with pressure difference of 44.4 kPa can satisfy the requirements of strategy and tactics changes, and can ensure the air superiority in the war.
