Abstract:As to a financial system with time-delayed feedback and impulses, the global exponential stability of the system was considered. By eliminating the influence of the length of time delay, a new criteria on global exponential stability of nonlinear differential system was established. The conditions of feedback strength and impulsive interval were worked out in order to stabilize the financial impulsive delay system. Finally, numerical simulations were presented to verify the theoretical results. It is concluded that impulses and timedelayed feedbacks can control the stability of system effectively.
